In the unfortunate event of a claim, you must dial our claims operation on 0161 494 3412. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this service there is no need for written claim forms.
This service is provided by leading claims specialist TCM Advisors Ltd.
You can choose at an individual policy level whether you wish to handle claims or if you prefer us to handle them directly with the Policyholder.
TCM have their own in-house Engineering Department to oversee the whole repair process through their network of PAS 125 approved repairers.
Repairs are guaranteed for 3 years and they can arrange for the collection of the damaged vehicle. In addition they can also provide a courtesy car for the duration of the repair.
