| Carraig Claims It is Carraig's aim to get the Policyholder's vehicles back on the road as soon as possible and to capture the Third Party details at the earliest possible opportunity, saving the Policyholder's time, inconvenience and money. In the unfortunate event of a claim the Policyholder/you the broker must dial our claims operation on 0870 160 1516. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this service there is no need for written claim forms. This service is provided by leading claims specialist TCM Advisors Ltd. You can choose at an individual policy level whether you wish to handle claims or if you prefer us to handle them directly with the Policyholder. TCM work with the Motor Vehicle Repairers Association (MVRA) to oversee the whole repair process through their network of Quality Assured approved repairers. Repairs are guaranteed for 3 years and they can arrange for the collection of the damaged vehicle. In addition they can also provide a courtesy car for the duration of the repair.  |
